What happens when you’ve lived around the world, and learned to start over more times than you can count?
In this episode, we sit down with Marine Brat Cooper Canterbury, whose journey has taken him from Belgium, Malawi, Okinawa, California, Maryland, and beyond. Having moved eight times and attended schools across seven different districts, Cooper knows firsthand the challenges of constantly adapting to new places, people, and experiences.
Despite the challenges of military life, Cooper discovered a passion for video editing and digital storytelling, turning creativity into a way to connect with others. Today, he serves as Senior Head of Communications for Bloom, where he helps amplify the voices of military-connected teens and builds community through content and communication.
Join us as Cooper shares stories of life as a military kid, the lessons learned from constant change, his passion for media and social media marketing, and how military life helped shape the leader, creator, and advocate he is today.
Whether you’re a military brat, parent, or supporter of military families, this episode is a reminder that resilience can grow from every move and every new beginning.
