I think what brings us into, I think, the sixth year of doing this program, and, um, what started out as a, in a conversation with, with my father, um, before he passed away.
I can't believe it's this many years later, and I appreciate your continued support and, um, interest in the program, and keep email- emailing me and reaching out with topics and suggestions, and I will do my best to get back to people.
I know there are several people waiting for me to respond, and I will do my best, but continue to reach out if I have not gotten back to you.
So, uh, today, it's this time of year, I think people, uh, we live under this, you know, this New Year's and New Year's resolutions, and what am I gonna change? What am I gonna do better? What am I gonna do more of and do less of? So, I wanted to focus this on, um, self-help and, and personal growth, more from a psychological perspective.
Because, uh, self-help, um, self-improvement is, I think, something that a lot of people read about, and there are sections at Barnes & Noble that...
And, and titles for even podcasts of just self-help and, and books and categories.
And I think everybody, you know, fundamentally wants to grow.
Everybody wants to, to feel better, to do better, to just be better.
