Have you changed anything in, like, in difference in preparation or anything like that?
Okay.
Um, I've had a big change to my, sort of, um, head position when I breathe on the 100 as well, which seems to sort of be appearing a little bit in the 200 as well, but it's more of a focus i- in the 100.
Mm.
And, like, playing around with breathing every three as opposed to every two.
Mm.

Is that then an easy fix, holding your breath for an extra stroke?
Uh, well, so I used to, I used to breathe every three on the 200 until I came to Stirling.
Oh, so it's easier.
