You know, I think there's a lot of, a lot of people can either, you know, you go and have a mortgage appointment with your bank, you know, you've got a three week wait before you can get in with your bank, you know, whereas it shouldn't be like that.

If you want to get a mortgage, you want to buy a house, the broker you work with should be as excited as you are for that process.

You know, and kind of there's some, there's agency or there's brokerages out there that it's effectively a call center, you know, and that's, that's right for certain firms and that's right for other people.

But again, in my view you should deal with the same person all the way through that process not passed from person to person to person and never speak to that original person again you know that person should be as invested in that process as you are and then you know that makes the client experience far more enjoyable far more exciting for them they feel like you've got someone to lean on in the process as well because you know buying a house isn't quite as from a to b and straightforward as it can be it goes up and down and there's problems and you know all of a sudden chains collapse or you know mortgages don't get offered or whatever it may be you need someone to lean on for that process and that's kind of what I want to do with with my clients and you know just be that person they can rely on you know phone rings I answer it unless I'm obviously recording a podcast phone rings I answer it in soon as you come out of a meeting you phone them back it's same day contact every day without fail and that for me is just a non-negotiable because We all go through experiences in life of you try and get your car booked in for an MOT or you try and get something fixed at home or you've got an IT issue or something else and you're waiting on hold and you get a call back three days later.

If you want something done and you want something supporting you all the way through the same process, why aren't you getting same-day contacts? It's just a no-brainer.

have you, I think you said seven years you've been, you've been, uh, you're in the industry.

Um, have you found that, um, during those seven years that the desire from a client perspective has become more personal? Have you, have you found that they valued that more?

Yeah, I think again, every client's very different, right? I think the vast majority certainly do value that more personal experience.

You know, I deal with, Wide range of clients, you know, first time buyers, business owners that, you know, the time availability they have for, you know, high net worth business owners can be very, very limited.

My view in the way that I've kind of looked at it for those sort of clients is let's give me half an hour.

I'll take all the information I need and I'll take all the rest of it and I'll do all the rest.

I'll contact you with updates that you need, but I'll take that stress away for you because they're busy and they don't necessarily want to chat every day.

But then other clients, I've got a first time buyer clients that are quite nervous about the process.
