Who's the girl?
If you were looking to date this year, you could have told me, you know.
What are the Tigers gonna do without you?
Hi, Christian.
Hey.
Most of the feedback's been positive, though not everyone's thrilled.
Tigers fans are raising eyebrows, wondering why I'd bail on the season for something like this.
But as long as it's just whispers, I'll manage.
Hey, Christian.
Coach's statement to the press reflects my scheduling conflict, Jay's wording, and it lets fans know the game plan for the season without hinting at any weakness on my part.
I'm not some wounded animal in need of pity.
When this is all over- Hey, brother.
Hey ...
I'll be back on the field, right where I belong.
To be honest, I've never really been in a relationship that lasted longer than a few weeks.
Dating's one of those things people just assume I'd have down by now, but the truth is I don't.
So yeah, planning a set of dates might not be my strong suit, but I couldn't exactly leave that to Johnson.
I should be the one in charge of it.
That's how it should be, anyway.
And honestly, there's something about Johnson's expression whenever I throw him off.
I know I should be nicer, especially since I'm supposed to be romancing him, but getting under his skin somehow feels like our thing already, and the way he was staring at me yesterday seeing me work out was priceless.
I wonder if he's stared at me like that before.
Maybe practice.
Speaking of practice, and in much less exciting news, today's my first day back since the injury.
And because I've really got to drive the no injury thing home, the first time walking this far without crutches.
