How big do you really want your business to be? And before you immediately answer bigger, I just want you to think about that for a minute because bigger isn't an answer.

You know, do you want a million dollars a year, 5 million, 20 million? Do you want five employees, 50, 500? You know, do you want to be the biggest lawn care company in your town or your state or the Midwest or maybe the entire country? Because I've coached a lot of business owners over the years and I've watched something interesting happen.

And then we hit a certain point and they say, hey, Jack, I don't know if I like this.

And eventually they asked me a question that it almost sounds like they're embarrassed to ask it.

Who made the rule that said once you've grown to a certain size, you're never allowed to get smaller.
