So like I mentioned, the most recent of events is getting knocked out of finals with my incredible, incredible team.

What I will say is that it was very entertaining for all those in attendance and anyone who watched the game, I'm sure.

And for me, personally, I think a huge part of my heartbreak has been obviously when you lose, and especially getting knocked out in such a big game, you reflect, and you think about the things that you could've done better, and that's something you really can't avoid either in the nights following such a big game.

But one of the things for me is actually something that any athlete out there listening would understand, um, as something you would consider very controllable, and that is my free throws.

I have not had very good free throws all season long, and for some reason in this game, I was able to get to the line 10 times, and I missed 6 out of 10 free throws.

[chuckles] This is definitely not easy for me to talk about in such a public light on such a public platform that is going to stay out there for years to come.

[chuckles] But I just think it's so real for you guys to be able to hear, um, and hear me talk about my imperfections and things that I'm not happy with.

But on top of that, like I said, something you would consider very controllable, and I personally think is all about mindset.

That's the only way I know how to describe it, um, for quite a while now, probably about a year.

And to be completely honest, I'm not sure how mental that performance was at the free throw line for me.

Um, I am a consistent 75 to 80% free throw shooter, so, um, that is just not like me.
