You can build a group practice with a full team and still feel like nothing runs without you. That's the trap this episode is about. Daniel opens by sharing something that came up on a recent family…
Brittany SchankGuestDaniel FavaHostWe had a few trips planned and just some fun things that we got to do, including our annual Florida trip to the beach.
That was a lot of fun, but to be honest, I'm really ready to head back into the school year and just having more structure, more rhythms and routines, and have a little bit more focused and quiet time.
I'm not the type of person who can go to like a coworking space and focus in and work there.
I just do my best work at home and I love it, but it's hard, you know, when the kids are around and right next door is our family room and we don't have a basement where I can kind of hole up and have it be really quiet there, you know? So they are with the babysitter this week and the next week we start up school and Caleb is going to into kindergarten, which is crazy.
And he'll be at the same school with his big brother, Samuel, who's going into fourth.
I know it's going to bring its own set of challenges and craziness, getting back into the school year.
And I think that there's going to be, for me, there's a lot of just extra time that I know I could really use.
