How do we keep up with this? What should I be using it for and not be using it for? So I'm excited about our conversation.
But before we get into how you're using AI in your businesses and in your practice, why don't you just tell us a little bit more about yourself? Give us a little background.

I live in Vermont currently, but I just moved here a couple of years ago from Philadelphia, where I lived for a long time.


And I focus mostly on offering EMDR intensives with some IFS and ketamine therapy mixed in there.

And it's fun to bring people to Vermont because it's a beautiful place to do intensive work.

I also have a coaching business called The Future Template Parent, which is sort of EMDR-focused.
