❓ QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Does intermittent fasting actually help your heart?
Fasting for 14 to 16 hours can improve blood sugar and help prevent diabetes in some people. It works best as a tool for people whose habits are already solid, not as a first step for someone running on empty, since it can backfire if sleep, stress, and diet are still a mess.
Are protein powders and supplements good for heart health?
Many protein products are loaded with added sugar despite their health marketing, so reading the label matters more than trusting the front of the package. Most heart supplements also lack solid research showing they prevent heart disease, so real food is almost always the better investment for your money and your arteries.
Is Ozempic or Mounjaro good for your heart?
GLP1 medications can genuinely help with weight and blood sugar for certain patients, and there is growing evidence they support heart health indirectly through weight loss. They only work long term when paired with real changes to eating, movement, and sleep, since stopping the medication without those habits usually brings the weight right back within months.
