I've known her for maybe 15 years or so, and Laura would say she was lucky to be living near Decoro when Shulkin showed up and decided to plant a monastery close to her house.
My point of view is Shulkin was lucky that he built the monastery close to Laura because she just helped out in so many ways over the years.
