You know, when we started the electrification programs in Meralco, we started with what I think was the easiest.

They have a certain sense of management and leadership because may principal, there's step and central who can oversee.

When we expanded it to energizing health centers, which just started after the pandemic, sabay-sabay yan, health centers, agri and livelihood facilities, and water access facilities, yan walang nagkukumpas.

Kasi health centers may either be put up by the Department of Health or by the LGU.

agri and livelihood facilities are run by independent agricultural cooperatives or civil society organizations.

Water access facilities, normally LGUs, no? So, you know, one of the big projects we did na, wow, kaya na pala natin gawin ito, and we energized a rice mill
