I think I did the same thing that most business owners do where it just felt like visibility would solve all my problems or it felt like speaking like, oh, I am somebody because I'm on somebody's show.

But now it's like the business coach, like totally different version of myself.

Guesting isn't really that powerful unless you have this sales machine in place.

So visibility is just visibility unless you can actually take people on a journey or invite them somewhere.

And once I really learned that, that's when I started to really get excited about guesting because now I knew I could start seeing results.

And it's just happened organically because I'm such a good community builder and networker that I meet someone and we either do a swap or like this where somebody tagged me when you were looking for people.

So I've kind of always done it, but I think the results that I'm seeing have just kind of like been on a slow improvement.
I want to highlight what you said so much because that is the thing where people say to me, oh, well, guessing just didn't work for me.
And I wonder, are you just going and talking and feeling like you said visibility is just going to solve all your problems? Because if that's the case, no, you're not going to see results.
So when you realized that switch just flipped for you, what did you start doing in your process to make sure that you weren't just going on and spending an hour chatting with people and then nothing happened?

So, you know, I think a lot of people have a script and they think that script is going to work no matter what show they're on, where I'm a business coach.

So I can talk about sales, marketing, visibility, self-development is my favorite topic.

So it is important that when I go on shows, I'm like a little bit prepared and like, what tool do I want to pull out of the suitcase for this particular podcast? But also being really open to just the fluidity and flexibility of it all, not having some kind of like rehearsed pitch and just being my organic and authentic self and knowing that I've set up my systems for people.
