So I've talked about this a little bit in my own life and just over the last 15, 20 years of when I left Michigan State after playing hockey there and going and playing professionally and really was in the great financial crisis, 08, 09, 10, and learning about money, learning about investing, learning about gold and silver, what money really was.

and solving a few of the problems that gold and silver had, and then being in real estate as I retired from professional hockey and getting hurt, I had to do something.

And I came to real estate and started getting good at the contracts, negotiation, and raising debt, using other people's money, putting deals together, the syndications, and the world that's not available to the average person, quite honestly.

The syndications, the private placements, These are things that are not traditionally available to people that have under a million dollar net worth, US dollar net worth, and not making, I believe it's $200,000 a year.

Still, at least it was then, but making two consecutive years of $200,000 income plus per year.

And so we talked about the tokenization of things and the tokenization that I believe two things can be true.

The tokenization of all assets is great because it's democratizing assets for the average person.

At the same time, As a Bitcoiner or as a hard money enthusiast will know, you're still not censorship resistant when you're tokenizing all these assets.

So even though we're making good strides, we still have a ways to go at the end of the day.

This is where the stable coins come in, the CBDCs, stable coins, all of this going forward.
