And it kind of triggers me, my personality and my contemplation in such an interesting way, because I do agree with him in a, in a different way with Richard.

Um, because I understand what he's talking about, but the way that he puts it, it can be misunderstood from the personality.

In fact, you know, you cannot really understand any city through the personality.

So, and that is one of the reasons why we're coming to an end with this podcast, because, um, These are things you can't really talk about, this city.

The useful part of the Jinkies is the dynamic between shadow and gift, particularly focused on the gift.

Um, that's in, in, in my study of this gene keys, that's what I've discovered is incredibly useful.

Uh, if you put your attention on the shadow, you can get stuck in a loop and trying to solve a problem that doesn't have a problem because there's no problem.

There is just something that's stuck.

that needs to pass through.

So you need to understand what the shadow is, but too much attention on the shadow.

And I mean, more than 10% of your attention should go to the shadow.

And Richard agrees with that.

He actually says you shouldn't focus on the shadow that much.

So the real work that it's useful, that it's doable from the personality, why, while not from the personality, but while we're still dealing with the personality, um, unraveling this, um, what is it and how it operates and how it stands in the way of your life and the real life.

It's the gift.

And it is something that does happen and it is happening right now everywhere.

So it is very useful for that.

But the city, the reason, the only reason that I, well, other than just go through everything, the other reason that I go through the cities is because sometimes through these contemplations, you get some sort of subtext, some sort of kind of like a blink of a moment where something clicks.

that it isn't words, that is frequency, that opens up some sort of maybe a moment of realization that connects us with the timeline.

And that is incredibly valuable because those connections align you with your future self that has already ascended, right? So that is the only reason.

But most of the stuff that I talk or anybody could talk about these subjects, they're just, you know, they're words.

They're not truth.

So here we are talking about the city of truth.

And we know that this isn't truth.

Right.
