L.A. Story (1991) [Jeff Pic]

Brad Gilmore and Jeff Smith head to early-’90s Los Angeles for L.A. Story (1991), Steve Martin’s surreal romantic comedy about weatherman Harris K. Telemacher navigating love, life and the absurdities of L.A. culture. Brad and Jeff revisit Martin’s uniquely offbeat screenplay, Mick Jackson’s direction, the film’s incredible cast—including Victoria Tennant, Sarah Jessica Parker, Richard E. Grant and Marilu Henner—and why L.A. Story has endured as one of the most distinctive romantic comedies of its era.
