[laughs] I will just say, like, as someone who has been on your roster, and you were my agent, like, I think that was one of the things that I loved the most about you, is that, that you were so involved, um, because then it's also just, like, moral support, if I had anxiety about anything, if I needed to talk through something, I would just call Andrew and be like-

Then I would vent about it, and you know, it was just really nice to have someone, I mean, very much so sometimes the way that I talk to Ren, but, like, in a business capacity, um-

Um, that I love so much 'cause it was also just, like, your friend that you could-

You know, I was chatting with Robin a few weeks ago, who's Ren's amazing agent.

We're good, good friends and collaborate together all the time and, you know, I think that's something that we both really have in common, is that we really love to be there for the artist in more than just a business capacity.

... of course, it's a business relationship, and that's kind of, in some ways, where it needs to stay for certain instances, but I think, you know, having a really friendly rapport and, and feeling like it's a safe space for the artist to express their concerns and also for us to be able to say, "I have no clue, but let's figure it out together."

... it's the expectation that a rep knows everything, which is just not the case, and your rep can be amazing and have a wrong inclination or want to do things and then looking back, hindsight's, you know, 20/20, and say, "I wish we would did it a little bit different," and that's okay.

You know, we're all human, and we're just trying to navigate this industry that's constantly changing, and I think the humanity of it all really needs to kind of remain at the center because we're just trying to do our best.
