Worldbuilding - The duchy's resources and neighbors T mistakenly mention there are no plains on the hexflower, but I was misreading my own markings on the dice - Goblin's Henchman terrain hexflower…

So I came up with four things that this duchy could have had that would have made it attractive to run a trade route through other than the mountain pass, which is, of course, the important part.

But it would have continued sustaining trade options they have that make them give them influence on trade routes and give them influence with trade partners and, of course, politically and economically.

Obviously we know they have some of those in the mountains now, but what did they have beforehand? If any trade goods that are, uh, harvested.

So that would be things that come from plants or animals, uh, terrain that is favorable some type of terrain that maybe has uh that allows for greater agriculture you know of a very vast riverland that is very uh rich rich soil perhaps some sort of natural springs that would be something that would be attracted to people perhaps there's uh some grottos that had been placed by various deities that make them attractive to uh religious organizations and individuals, pilgrims, that sort of thing.

This could be something like some type of ruins or some type of some sort of natural, magical area that we have going on.

So we'll start with, so we'll start with again, our fudge dice and I've got five of them and how positive they are is going to tell us, uh, whether they have any of these things and, and to what extent.

Trade goods that are harvested, uh, I've got two pluses and two minuses and a blank.

Probably just your regular standard herbs and such are probably what's around there.

And it could be either a narrow river valley or it could be a river that actually comes to a coastline of some sort.
