So the way that they would do it is the other country like Philippines, for example, Philippines wants to send migrants overseas because they send back money
That's certainly going to be true, you know, of Indians or Africans moving to Dubai.
So I can say, well, I know what Taiwan was doing with Philippines, for example, is it would say, OK, look.
If you send us migrants who cause trouble, commit crime, overstay, whatever, then we're going to cut your allocation next year.
And so Philippines or Indonesia or Vietnam, they vet the people, even the low skilled factory workers, they vet them to make sure they're not sending problems because that'll cut the numbers.
