Let's say, let me know in the comments if this is you or if you've got any thoughts on the topic because the more the merrier we all join in because everyone's probably sat there thinking, oh God, yeah, that's me.

So be the first person to put a comment in the group because that just takes one person and everyone else will follow.

So over, like I said, over the last couple of weeks, I've seen and I've had hundreds of conversations with pet business owners.

And that can be through social media, through the pet accountant, through the expo, some through messages and DMs, some through speaking to clients.

It could be that someone wants more freedom, better clients, like the one that went a bit funny on TikTok the other day.

more confidence, it could be more time with your family or it could just be a business that doesn't consume every week and hour of your day.

So everyone wants all of these things but when the conversation turns to what actually needs to change that's kind of where it gets a little bit sticky.

Because people wanting change and being willing to do that change are two completely different things.

OK, not because we don't know enough, not because the information is available, because especially with AI now, there's even more information readily available and free.

But because probably changing something means letting go of what is your norm or what makes you comfortable.

Because if we don't and we stay comfortable and we don't change anything, then nothing's going to change when we have this conversation again in 12 months time.

So when I come to have this podcast in July 2027, if we haven't changed anything and everything's the same, well we can't really blame anyone but ourselves so this sort of chat is about sort of getting out of your comfort zone thinking about what it is that you want to change and actually just going for it because otherwise you're going to be sat here in 12 months time going oh my god Vicky said this last year and I didn't listen and then when I'm looking at my business nothing's changed so the only person really that's standing between your business self now and your business self in 2027 is you And that's what we need to do.

So if I asked the 11 of you that are listening, would you like to earn more? I'm sure you probably would say yes.
