So first time Dovydas told me about, about the problem was probably like two, three years ago.

Uh, it came from more from customer perspective that when you need to get on board on, like, enterprise software, custom workflows usually gets text-based instructions that you're supposed to read.

So he, he built those different software themselves, and he was looking for better ways, and there was, like, a massive gap in terms of software of helping those who need to create those text-based instructions.

Uh, and he shared that with me, and, uh, I instantly saw same issues around employee onboarding, employee training.

Myself, uh, being a team lead and onboarding from different locations, either new employees or even if we are adopting a new software, onboarding existing employees was, was quite, uh, wasteful, I would say, because you had to create these different guides on how to use business software, and every company runs on software, a lot of software.

So I figured that, okay, actually this is a very clear problem, uh, very clear optimization angle, and we started deep diving into it, creating some early proof of concepts.

And where do you think most of the time is actually being wasted then when it comes to all the fundamentals?

They write the, the, the text-based instructions, then try to assemble everything, put it into the Google Slides or, or some internal wiki.

Then, you know, it quickly becomes outdated, so maintenance is a big hassle.

Uh, we figured, okay, we're gonna start with making sure that we can help those who are creating and maintaining the guides so they waste less, less effort on it.
