I think it's just since COVID, everyone, um, I think everyone's much more vocal.

Social media, I think people are just much more open, and I think COVID put mental health in the hot limelight for everybody.

Um, but I think when people think mental health, they c- tend to just think anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar, but, you know, there's hundreds of thousands of diagnosises.

Um, but I think it's harder in our community, for one, to even see somebody from your own culture that you might be able to sort of open up a bit more and understand.

And obviously, sometimes the generation above us, you know, even leaflets, they're not all in Punjabi or different languages.
