So things that they have found that they struggle with that affects their sexual health is first exhaustion and being hormonally depleted.

And a lot of them have told me that by the time you're done with all the chores and it's time to go to bed, now it's time to have sex.

And sex feels like just yet another thing that I have to do and I have to be good at.

And so there's this additional, you know, one more task that really turns off the body.

I also found that men struggle with being afraid to lose their partner emotionally and sexually after the birth of a child.

I found that the stress that men endure when they become father has such a toll on their physical health, that it starts showing up as unreliable erections.
