And whenever she would pull into the gas station, she would never get out of the, the driver's seat.

The children would get out, and one would pump the gas, and one would check the tire.

So the car is just one w- situation where your children, even though they're quite small, they can learn to do something.

And as they get older and, and can reach into things carefully, they can check the oil.

And it's all a matter of training their mindset that they have to take care of things, and that they are responsible, and that they are big.

So our children always want to do the things that we're doing, and so they watch us.

Don't overlook those situations where you can pass off a job to them, and you train them.

But it reminds me of a saying that Zig Ziglar, a, a business leader and motivational speaker, used to say about training employees.

It says, "The thing worse than training your employees and losing them," because people want to hire away well-trained employees, "The thing worse than, uh, hiring, uh, training your employees and losing them is not training them and keeping them." And that goes for children, too.
