In 2020, she was one of 40 writers chosen for the London Library's Emerging Writers Program.
Her debut novel, Rootless, was highly acclaimed, with Harper's Bazaar naming her one of Britain's best new writers.
Her second novel, which we're discussing today, Half Lives, was published in June 2026.
