Ati is a South African artist whose research-led practice spans performance, film, tapestry, stained glass sculptures, printmaking and installations, exploring archive spirituality, colonial histories and speculative world building.
In 2020, he co-founded Victories of the Word with Curator Anelisa, a non-profit art and research organization dedicated to reimagining South African knowledge systems through artistic research, archival practice, and public programming, including the support of the historic Lovedale Press in Alice, Eastern Cape.
