So is there anything that you've changed your mind about over those 20 years? So something you talked about a day, one of those 20 years, and now after 20 years, you're like, yeah, I don't think that was right.


Now, the way you execute them may be slightly different, and that's even changing.

In Western culture, you could say, hey, if price wasn't an issue, would we be our number one choice? In certain cultures, you could never be that direct.

So the way you ask it might be different, but the fact is you have to be the buyer's number one choice or you can't begin to negotiate.

And that's actually rapidly changing because the number of cultures where you can't ask that question directly as the world becomes more and more homogenized is actually shrinking.

So one other question to round this out is on this show and in my coaching, I teach all the time that people don't make decisions based on facts.
