So what I mean by that, I think executives, directors, major shareholders used to buy or sell a company stock.
You have to set it up in advance, spell out the price amount timing or a formula for those.
So a little bit strange from a from a tactical standpoint when you think about it from that perspective.
But that's what you have to kind of deal with so that you're not doing things that are not in line with compliance of the SEC.
