I'm a compulsive overeater.

And I want to thank Mike for asking me to be of service.

I'm not morning person.

Saturday morning is my only day that I sleep in usually.

So it is a testament to how important this program is to me that I'm willing to get up early on a Saturday to do service.

So I see some folks that I know in the room, some people who have heard my story many times, but also some newer faces.

So it's nice to have a mix of people here.
