My client Jo is fifty-four years old, and she just had a DEXA scan, and this is the result.

Her visceral fat, which you can see on the screen, was 50.8. That is an elite level.

Basically, it's lower than 94% of women for her age, and she's 54, like I said, so in the top 6%.

So to have that low around the organs, like mine was 36, as I shared before, which is elite, elite, but this is insane, right? And her body fat 27.5%, which is lower than 94% of women her age also, puts her in the top 6%.

Now, a lot of women say, "You know, I wanna get my body fat down to super low, below 20% and stuff." You're not healthy.

Like I said to Jo the other day, anywhere between around about, I don't know, 25, maybe even 26 to 28% is the sweet spot for age, 'cause when you go lower than that, it's generally gonna have a negative impact on hormones, et cetera.

Her lean mass, now this is the big one, which women don't pay enough attention to, was in the top... basically for her age, top 71% of women.

Sorry, so it puts her in the top thir- top 29% of women for her age, right? Her lean body mass was 49 kilos.

And that makes sense, Jo, right? And I hope she's listening to this because she can do three to four body weight pull-ups, full extension pull-ups.

And then her bone den- her bone density was in the 2%, like top 2% of women her age, right? So this is absolutely incredible, and why I said the muscle piece is so important, and the visceral fat, which I'll get into, is because muscle is the longevity organ.

As you get older, the more strength you have, essentially the longer you're gonna live, right? It's black and white, and no one gets into their 70s, 80s, or even 90s, if they're lucky, and says, "I wish I had less strength." No one says that.

You can check out the episode that we did two months ago together on this channel.

Right? Jo broke down her, her story and stuff, right, which you get a lot of value from.
