And I was thinking over and over again, what do I say? What do I say? What do I say? I'm making content all the time, loads of videos, loads of stuff, working hard, like always trying to stay motivational, always trying to hit the gym as hard as I can.

I would just sit, stay in the gym all day, but half of my mind is empty at the moment.

Like some of my creative energy is completely exhausted like in my mind there is sometimes just nothing there but there's nothing going on it's like it's it's completely done it's completely drained and i want to make this episode because i know for a fact that you will also feel that feeling towards something that you care about at some point and i want you to make the right choices when you feel that thing I want you to make the right choices in your life when you feel that emptiness, what to do when you feel empty, when you feel like there's nothing left in the tank, when you feel like there's nothing left to give, when you feel like there's no more creative energy inside you, when there is no more ideas.

You see, when my mind goes quiet, when my mind goes empty, when I have no more ideas, when I feel exhausted creatively, That's exactly the resistance that stops you going to the level that you want to go to.

Whenever we take on a creative endeavor, whenever we take on any task to change our lives for good, whether that be getting in shape for the first time or quit drugs and alcohol, move location, start a new job, start a new business, you get that feeling, right? feeling like this isn't going to work you know feeling like fuck i'm going to slip back into my old habits i just know it i know it like is there any point in even starting because i just know i'm going to go back that feeling has a name it's actually totally normal it's called resistance it's what keeps the majority of people small and all you have to do to beat it is identify it and understand that that feeling that your brain says when you're all done when there's nothing more left to give, when you're totally empty inside, when that feeling happens, just know that you're about 40% done.

And usually the feeling that you're feeling, when it comes down to, let's just talk creativity for a minute.

When it comes down to the feeling you're feeling, that is usually the way forward.

Overcoming the problem in real time is the content that you make to overcome the problem, to overcome the creative block that you've got inside your mind.

Understand that there is always content to be made, that every feeling you have can be talked about, can be analyzed.

And through self-improvement, by never giving up, by always turning up, there's always something to make content about.

I'm working like crazy at the moment in Florida in a new place, time zones, blah, blah, blah, jet lag.
