And you've got to wonder about why this sort of thing's happening.

A driver lost his life the other night at Broadalbin because one truck broke down and was hit from behind and fire and all that sort of stuff.

Now, I honestly don't know the whole story about what happened and why.

whether the weather played a part in it, whether it was foggy or what, but I wouldn't be surprised at all from where it was, and it was only just up the road from where the rest area incident happened the other week.

I don't understand why these things continue to happen.

They just seem to be getting worse and worse, and potentially the way we're working isn't working, and I struggle to understand why this is.

And it's not all about Raj.

It's not all about Beefy John.

It's not all about anything.

The attitudes have changed, in my view.

The way we do things has changed a lot.

And I think some of the rules aren't working to our advantage.

And obviously some of the drivers could stand a little bit more trunning too, but that's a side issue.

But whenever someone loses their life on the road, it disturbs me to hear comments like, well, how long is it going to take to clean this shit up and I need to get through and I need to go to, you know, I've got this on and all the rest of it.

These are some of the comments that I've had referred to me by people I've spoken to on the phone after some of these incidents that have happened.

Both concerned about, you know, what's going on in their life.

And I understand that.

But for fuck's sake, how insensitive do you have to be Something serious has happened.

Someone's potentially lost their life.

And in many cases, someone has lost their life.

And you're worried about your fucking delivery.

I mean, to me, it's unbelievable.

I can't fathom the shallowness of that mentality.

It's unpleasant.

We've got to put up with it.
