at the campus now that is separate and apart from the congregate care and the safe camp.

Yeah, so one right on the CARES campus is one of my pride and joys looking at it.

We partner with Reno Housing Authority as our property manager on that facility, and we're grateful for that.

And what's really cool about this particular property is that it is geared for folks with severe mental illness.

And we have a wraparound service team through a nationally recognized model.

But this team has a psychiatrist, a nurse, a substance abuse counselor, peer support specialist.

and i've seen data of other programs we don't have our data yet that these teams can reduce burden on the medical system by as much as 50 percent it is extremely costly when these individuals end up in inpatient visits so there's a significant cost savings to the community but i think it's especially beautiful for me to get to see people that i have watched myself on the streets of reno for the last eight to ten years And now I see them here and stabilizing with the appropriate level of care.

And that one is geared, supportive housing, really geared for individuals with physical disabilities.

It's a coordinated entry system to kind of make sure we're bringing in the highest, most vulnerable individuals into those facilities.

And then City of Reno, I don't want to steal your thunder, Jackie, but across the street, City of Reno funded with Volunteers of America and the Nevada Housing Division, the Highway 40 Motel.

So just for everyone's awareness, what that was, it's a motel that we partnered with the VOA, RHA, the state, and we were able to get that converted into individual units for people.
