But those experiences must definitely change.
As you're saying, you're looking back.
It forms who you are as a musician with all that experience behind you.

I feel pretty lucky given some of those experiences, that sort of big scale stuff, which is pretty exciting.

But of course, you know, I'm at a stage in life where I have a family, I have daughters who are growing up.

Like it was so cool to go to the powder shoot show with the boondocks at the Mount not so long ago with my daughter, who's 21.

And she's like similar age to these guys, you know, and that made me, I thought I did a post about that.

So Murph, who is Otis, the bass player from Powder Shoot's dad, he's kind of managing them and helping them do all this stuff.

And he was sort of, um tour managing and stuff and so me and him are sitting sitting at the bar having a beer talking about our kids and i'm like wow and murph is like a year older than me
yeah

and so how exciting you know so i think the future of music is in pretty good hands it's in
solid hands a lot of people are like oh your rock's dying because you see now like in the grammys i've taken out the rock set you know like yeah what's up with that

i don't know how can you like How do you get rid of a rock music category? It's just
