For anyone that's new to your world, can you just share a little bit about yourself and how you became a mentor and a coach? And what were you doing before that? You said you've been in this kinda space for a decade now.

But one is I find that I-- especially in the last couple of years as I really lean into my own multi-passionate, multi-hyphenate self, is that I just wanna be surrounded by more people who are like that, who have, like, that hunger for experiences and for life and are willing to change it up and not be too worried about, I think, what it looks like to other people.

Even coming out of university, I had a degree in PR and comms and did a quick stint and realized so quickly that I didn't like it and I didn't wanna do it.

And, you know, same thing, worked in hospitality, worked in retail, um Worked in talent management and technical recruiting and at a digital agency.

And the whole time I was thinking, "What is this gonna look like to somebody? Like she can't finish anything.

And then when you can lean to the fact that you're just excited about multiple things, and that you can be lit up by so much, and that it's okay if you change direction, and who cares if people judge you? [chuckles] It's very freeing.

I feel like this is a very beautiful segue into the next question of the people and the women that you coach and the community that you've created.

It's a lot of women who are navigating these really big life shifts, and they're, they're searching for support through that evolution.

And yeah, I'm curious if there's a moment in your own life where on the outside you felt like everyone was looking at you and things were kind of perfect, or it looked good from the outside, but that internally you were like, "This is not it." [chuckles] Mm-hmm.
