So guys, obviously, Cameron Johnson's been an interesting player ever since the Nuggets traded for him.
Michael Porter Jr.'s still excellent helped the Nuggets win a championship and frankly Cameron Johnson did not have the year that we hoped but it doesn't mean that he's not going to fully return to form it's also he can't really be fully blamed for everything that happened just the volume wasn't really there but he's not here to be a volume scorer he's here to be really a fourth option on this team and with Christian Brown returning to form he can even be a fifth option and he works really well because of that elite three-point shot so guys overall as it pertains to Cameron Johnson He has shown his very clear role going forwards and this will help because last year felt like at times his role kept changing.
Did the Nuggets want to be that 20 point per game score he was in Brooklyn or do they want him to be a guy who's putting up 13 points a game on elite insane efficiency? and being one of the best floor spacers in the league that's been a big question for the team and there's a guy who again he let Jokic create and catch and shoot chances having a 1.28 points per play on the floor with Jokic and I mean that's in the 96th percentile while as above the break spacing is elite as well shooting 40 from above the break three which is in the 92nd percentile of the league so he's able to still be that spot up guy for this team and frankly stuff like that is such a difference maker for the nuggets this season that i really am excited to see how johnson helps this team win games and hopefully win a championship which they have a four percent chance to do right now and i think the nuggets are being slept on this offense is going to be elite now that they are fully healthy johnson will be there as a fourth a fourth to fifth option if christian brown returns to form putting up around 14 points per game on 40 shooting which would be a little bit lower volume than what he did a few years ago before he got the extension.
That will change things, and it does give the Nuggets a great chance to win the championship.
