So whether you joined us for the entirety of Season 11 or you're discovering Nonprofit Nerd for the first time, these conversations are waiting for you.

So if you missed an episode or there's one you've been meaning to listen to, this is your permission to go back, browse the archives, and listen whenever it works for you.

As I reflect on this season and all of the 110 episodes that brought us here, I keep coming back to the importance of community.

We are always navigating changing funding environments, shifting expectations, leadership transitions, growing demands of our organizations, and an ever-changing world around us.

But we're also surrounded by people who care deeply, people who are willing to share what they've learned, people who pick up the phone, people who make introductions, people who open doors, and people who remind us that we don't have to figure everything out alone.

And as you have heard me mention before, I have been incredibly fortunate through my consulting work as an interim transition leader.

I've stepped into CEO, COO, and CDO roles to help organizations from so many different perspectives.

Those experiences have given me an even deeper appreciation for the complexity of leadership and for the people who step up every day to do this work.

And every conversation on this podcast reminds me why I love the sector so very much.
