And I, last year I went to a summer camp run by a company called Happy Startups.

I don't want to say life-changing because that sounds a bit dramatic, but it was eye-opening.

And we'll talk about that a little bit more when we talk about our topic for the day.

I did something called a wild bop, which was a cacao ceremony and then dancing barefoot in the grass or the woods.

Other things like that, you know, walks in nature or you can go and do workshops and the workshops are aimed at a couple of different things sometimes they're aimed at your business i did a couple this year i did one on building a community i did one on reimagining creativity when it comes to building yourself up as a brand i did one on ages and stages since i turned 60 this year so this is the other type of workshops i do they're ones that get you turning more introspectively sometimes it's healing work sometimes it's just like thinking about some of the deeper stuff that's going on in your life and where you're going to go next.

And one of the things that came out of it for me that was such a win is I feel like I'm starting to realign with an older version of me, which was my intention when I went to summer camp.

So just kind of reliving Getting back some of that like playfulness, some of the abandonment, just, yeah, a different way of approaching life.

One of the really big revelations I had, which is a huge win for me, is we don't have to start big.

I think I talked to you about this when you were having a little wobble about your event and said, you know, I have a passion project that I've not really discussed with anybody because it's so big.

But I haven't really been focusing on the steps because I've been trying to learn to hold the energy of the fear and the anticipation around that big event.
