Okay, we're going to start with something that I always start my accountability coaching with or my monthly planning sessions with my clients.

So when we look back at July, talk me through a couple of the wins that you've had, Richard.

Well, I was thinking about this before we started, and sometimes, you know, I'm sure you'll have comments say on it, it's somewhat trickier to find the wins, I think, sometimes than you would like them to be.

But I've got a few, and I think I'm in the space of kind of diminishing them slightly, if I'm totally honest, but that might be because of the other thing we're going to talk about afterwards.

And he and I are what he says, dating, just throwing ideas around of how we might work together and our different vibes.

Cause we just got on so well, you know, the load of people came up to us and went, Oh, you two must've known each other for years.

Nice to just try and find people that you think might be part of your tribe.

Three or four people have wanted to meet up with me since and have sent me really nice messages about kind of the advice and stuff that I've given them, which has been really kind of heartwarming, if I'm totally honest.

I think that there's a few things there to improve upon, but I think the most important thing is that people seem to like the content, which is the most relevant piece.

I agreed a sale on my house, on my flat, which was great news, especially in the kind of tricky-ish market right now.

And the reason for that sale is to just... really commit more funds to the business.
