Welcome to Season 5.
There is so much to celebrate.
So, without any further ado, here's your host, Sarah Beth Herman.
We are continuing my summer series, The Human Side of Leadership, and I have loved what this series has allowed us to talk about because we're getting into parts of leadership that don't always make it in the leadership books.
We're talking about things that happen when you are actually responsible for people, when business gets stressful, when personalities are different, when you have to make a decision that somebody isn't going to like.
And when you realize that leadership looks a whole lot different in real life than it does when somebody is explaining it from a stage, I think you're on the right track.
We are also getting closer to closing out Season 5, which is pretty incredible to think about.
Our team has already been quickly at work with Season 6 preparation, and I'm excited about what we are talking in this podcast next.
But before we get there, there are still some conversations I really want to have with you during this summer series, and today is one of them.
