Who Controls the World, the Book of Og and Lost Texts with Jeff Lippman — Part 2 of 4 | Classics Rotation

The host asks Jeff Lippman who really controls the world, and he answers that powerful people have outsized influence but that chaos outweighs order. They then compare notes on the Book of Og, which both have read and both now treat as modern fiction. Jeff cites Jeff Goldblum's chaos speech in Jurassic Park, doubts that ten families have ruled for millennia, and says years on boards and homeowners associations showed him how hard lasting coordination is. The host mentions the Rothschild theories she has seen online and adds that released chaos does not always favor whoever releases it. On the Book of Og, the host says she contacted the author and a contributor without a reply, and the two point to chronological problems involving Nimrod, Moses and Canaan while praising the writing and the Rephaim battle scenes. Jeff connects the giants' battle devices to Ken Goudsward's book UFOs in the Bible, which he says reads cherubim and seraphim as craft, and recommends Reverend Jim Willis's Censoring God on excluded scriptures. They discuss the Council of Nicaea, the Ethiopian Bible, the Dead Sea Scrolls and how translation changes texts. The host describes seeing the Marfa lights in Texas and asks whether light itself could have intelligence, and Jeff says he sees no reason why not. They close by imagining future finders puzzling over a CD and remembering 8-tracks and mixtapes. These are the speakers' own views. This is an archival replay, not current news.
