Body sensing -- New Age (17 December 2001 - Milan, ITA)
Rose KressHost

The girl from New Age reminds me of Isabel, that kind of involved, passionate observer that will still remove, that wants to document the histories.

You don't have to wait for something cosmic, astronomical, or huge for you to step into a new age.

So whatever this new age that you find yourself stepping into, maybe it's just some new pattern.

Perhaps more importantly than stepping into the new age, we have to develop practices, our powers of observation.

So let's start with a simple observation practice because you have to know what results something is having on you from your practices, whatever they may be.

So the simplest way we can start to develop our powers of observation is with a body sensing.

But if you have the capacity, stop doing everything else that you're doing and allow your eyes to soften.

Maybe you're seated, maybe you're seated with support, maybe you're seated without support, maybe you're lying down, but notice how the body is supported.
