Um, I remember very clearly myself saying more than once to people that one thing I would never want to do is be an editor because I couldn't handle-

And I think what I love about it is that rather than conceptualizing it as being the person who processes papers- I had a vision for the journal, and so it was a project.

And so if you are interested in building something, then this could be something that you can, you know, make it be more than just the sort of administrative task of processing papers.
