Now, before we begin, I wanna suggest a book that is a really great book, and, uh, a lot of the insights that I'm going to share today are gonna be from this book.

Now, he is the founder and creator of Internal Family Systems, and in his book, No Bad Parts, he, um, he describes that the mind is made up of an internal family of parts, and each of these parts has positive and good intentions, even if they seem negative and destructive.

Uh, the book teaches how to heal trauma and restore wholeness by understanding, accepting, and communicating with these parts from a compassionate, wise core called the self, and transforming inner conflict into harmony and self-leadership.

So I'm gonna do my best during the time that I spend during this episode to explain some of the key points, but, uh, it's not gonna do justice.

It is a completely life-changing book, and anyone who is on their healing journey, uh, definitely feel free to, uh, check it out.

And honestly, it has much more to do with just the human condition, so even if you're not on a healing journey, uh, just a fascinating concept and, and definitely something that can help improve daily life.

And as usual, I'm gonna share a link to purchase this book in the description section below and, uh, recommend that for anyone interested.
