As we know, it's a, it's a pretty massive undertaking, and we've got some updates to share.
And to be fair, it's a massive update that we've got.
Obviously, work started, um, on preparing Southport Pier earlier this year for the actual tangible, physical work to start, which I think a lot of our residents were very keen to see.
There's been an awful lot going on in the background over the last few years, trying to make sure everything in terms of approvals and planning applications are in place, ready to go, so we could've hit the ground running.
And now we've got the materials, and we've got workers on site.
I caught up with some of our contractors from the amazing AEH the other day to discuss what's been happening over the last couple of weeks and what we can look forward to seeing in the coming weeks.
