And when you're looking at physical health, It's not just how the body looks on the outside.

So people are often reacting to their physical health declining all of a sudden when actually they should be proactive to their physical health.

So knowing that the importance of nutrition, proper sleep, proper exercise, all of those components are key to keep the body working well, which is really important for managing stress and resilience.

So if you're not managing all of those pillars and you're just pushing the body as far as it can go, which so many people do, because the body will keep going for a certain length of time before it crashes, but you're going to start seeing things in the workforce like foggy brain, you're going to be more emotional, less good at decision-making.

And again, I mean, I think there's some really interesting stats around mental health, which I can go into now.

And so the latest health and safety executive report on kind of workplace health showed that we've got kind of nearly one million people suffering from stress related anxiety, depression and depression.

So you can think for organizations, if they're not investing in the employees' mental health and their physical wellness, the company is not going to be working well it's like the cogs in a wheel

know you've got to keep them working well or it just all starts to break down yeah

so let's go a little bit deeper if we can all uh people listening to this might be saying

well i know i should eat five bits of fruit a day and i know i should exercise twice a week or i know i should sleep for eight hours

but i don't and actually i blame the pressure of work for my anxiety i don't ever link it to what i'm putting in here talk to me about the inside so it's not about necessarily about what you look like on the outside what is going on on the inside bring the good brain access to life i love this and i love how she explores this and brings us to life bring it to life will you please
