So in a recent business update, Phil described it perfectly.
So he said about us being like a swan.
So at the surface, we look calm and graceful.
And then under the surface, there's the little feet like that.
And I think that's operations.
Being there for four years and a lot of my background is in that type of thing.
It is that it's about doing everything seamlessly.
And it's about making sure that the customers receive a good service.
The drivers are supported through that and that movements are as smoothly as possible.
That's our whole thing.
So with logistics, things can go wrong and it's about how do you overcome that? It's not about expecting perfection, but actually how do we combat that? Yeah, a lot of what happens behind the scenes, if anyone could see how customer services tackle the phones and onboarding, trying to get drivers through, assurance, dealing with when things have gone wrong.
Every team plays a huge part.
And so, yeah, all I ever say is not one day is ever the same.
There's so much that happens behind the scenes.
There's so many people that care about them that may not always feel like that in the moment.
So let us know if we ever drop the ball.
But there's a lot of people that want us to do better for them.
Me being one of them.
And also, by the way, Phil is our new CEO, if you didn't realise that, but hopefully you would have seen the communication on that.
