Thanks for joining us today on this episode of the Movement Podcast, and as an athletic trainer, my background working in a variety of settings, whether that's a collegiate setting or whether that's the high school setting, I worked in both of those settings quite a bit in my career.
Been fortunate to work in other settings and other athletes, but far and away, the biggest area of the body that I've had to deal with is the knee, and most of the time, it's due to injuries, but a lot of time, it's just these nagging little issues.
Obviously, people like to talk about the ACL and, and what that's doing, and the ACL pandemic, and as people get older, knee pain is a big, big problem.
