If you are not eating the right things, if the things on the inside aren't working well, right? Then you're not functioning right.

I mean, our microbiome is the master conductor of all of our activities, including brain function, energy, proper sleep, again, our moods, it'll affect our moods.

So we have, I think, in our culture, and you and I've had this conversation in the past, become so enamored with fast, fast food, fast everything.

But oftentimes if you're putting a supplement into a system that is deficient or not working well, you're not getting the results you need.

And then eventually there's enough chronic insidious inflammation that takes place as a result of this, that particles that should not be getting in the bloodstream get into the bloodstream.

And then our white blood cells identify them as air quotes, other and start looking for tissue that has a similar image, if you will, protein.
