friends had kids around the same time I did, and I just wasn't around a lot of moms.
So I was a case manager for a little while, worked with our state's department for mental health.
And I think since a kiddo, I was doing community-based organization kind of work.
And that only came because, you know, I have been working with some moms in my practice.
But when I became a mother myself, I was like, oh, there's like so much here that I was never trained about, didn't understand, didn't know.
